The Ego Likeness release party on Friday was sweet! The turnout was fantastic. It’s refreshing to talk with people in a non-earsplitting, non-club atmosphere. I got to chat with friends and meet some cool new people as well. The whole time I was drooling over Strangeland’s awesome DJ rig (CDJ-1000 CD players, mmmmmm). The CDJs have super quick response time – there’s no lag between pushing “play” and your cue point kicking in. Next time I’ll test out the scratching features.
