Interested in becoming the proud owner of a Gearbunny or Lapinjade jewelry piece?  Here’s everything you need to know…

Payment

Payment is due no more than 7 days after purchase. I accept PayPal and money orders. If you pay via PayPal e-Check, please be aware that shipping will be delayed as the e-Check takes several days to clear into my account. No cash or personal checks, please.

Shipping

All jewelry will be packaged securely in a padded envelope or box, with plenty of extra bubble wrap. I ship first-class mail with delivery confirmation (i.e. tracking) when available. Your order will be shipped no more than 5 days after purchase. Orders to Canada may take up to two weeks, as their postal system seems to be a bit slower. If you’d like insurance or a faster shipping method I’m happy to accomodate.  Send me a conversation before you pay, and I’ll create an adjusted invoice for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless you’ve purchased insurance, I cannot be accountable for items lost or damaged by the postal service. However, I want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. Please – and I can’t stress this enough – contact me if you have a problem, and I will work with you.
